What Is LONG? LONG is a token launchpad built natively for Robinhood Chain, the Arbitrum-based Layer 2 that Robinhood launched to bring tokenized assets on-chain.

    Crypto Investor EA

Where most launchpads pair new tokens against ETH or a stablecoin, LONG’s core innovation is pairing them directly against Robinhood’s tokenized stocks. The app’s own front page puts it plainly: “Live now: Launch with stock tokens on Robinhood Chain”, with the tagline “Making tokenized markets valuable again.”

The team’s own framing, from its pinned launch post on X: “LONG is now live on the @RobinhoodApp chain, supporting new token launches on top of Robinhood stock tokens. For the first time in crypto, we’re merging RWAs with memes, community coins, and every other form of crypto-native asset.”

    The Core Idea: Stock-Paired Tokens

Traditional meme launchpads pair a new token with ETH or SOL. LONG’s pitch is different: pair a community token against a tokenized equity, so the token’s market floor is tied to real stock-token liquidity rather than just crypto volatility.

The platform has been actively burning down supply on its own flagship token as part of this model.

Per LONG’s official account: “We are closing in on $3M worth of $AI removed from market circulation through Community Mode burns/locks, AI pairing mode, and auto burns. As we expand LongX along with other mechanisms, the key point remains the same: scale market activity and growth to accrue more value back.”

Recent Momentum: $425M+ in Stock Volume

LONG’s own numbers, posted directly on September 2, 2026: “In the past 24h, LONG passed $425M in tokenized stock volume on @RobinhoodCrypto. Now closing in on $12M in total stock TVL, representing ~20% of all stock TVL onchain.”

That’s a meaningful claim, roughly a fifth of all stock-token value locked on Robinhood Chain sitting inside LONG’s own pools, spanning tokenized NVDA, Microsoft, Apple, Tesla, Nike, Google, and other names shown in the platform’s own graphic.

    The LongX Expansion: NVDA3x Explained

LONG’s most significant recent product move is the LongX Expansion, built with the perpetuals exchange Lighter. From the official announcement:

“LongX Expansion Powered by @Lighter_xyz is now live with NVDA3x spot leverage token and its first demo pair. Over the past few hours we’ve stress tested the system with over $200K in volume, making sure minting, redemptions, pairing and secondary DEX liquidity are all working in tandem.”

The team’s own breakdown of how it works:

    1. NVDA3x wraps an NVDA 3x leveraged position on Lighter into an ERC-20
    2. An initial demo pair has launched, ahead of a planned full open pairing mode
    3. Users can swap directly through the DEX pool, or mint/redeem through the LongX contract
    4. Both directions work — mint NVDA3x and swap into the pair, or swap into NVDA3x from the pair and redeem on the contract
    5. The demo pair trades like any other pair on LONG
    6. Fees from NVDA3x LP activity, minting, and pairing accrue back to $AI

LONG has been explicit that this is an early, closely-watched rollout: “We will actively monitor market stability today. Based on the results, we may open full pairing mode where anyone can pair with the NVDA3x spot ERC20. We are planning to aggressively scale liquidity and add more leveraged spot assets over the coming days.”

They also posted a direct safety warning worth repeating verbatim: “The official demo pair is located on the LongX page. Any other NVDA3x pairs will not be supported. Please trade extremely carefully as the system is still experimental.”

    My Honest Risks

    • Tokenized stocks aren’t stocks. Holding an on-chain NVDA token, or a wrapped leveraged version of one, gives you price exposure, not shareholder rights.
    • LONG says it themselves: this is experimental. Their own NVDA3x post ends with a direct warning to “trade extremely carefully as the system is still experimental”, that’s the platform’s own risk disclosure, not outside speculation.
    • Leverage adds a new risk layer. NVDA3x wraps a 3x leveraged Lighter position into a token. A wrapped leveraged position carries amplified downside on top of whatever risk already exists in the underlying Lighter market, and the demo pair has only been tested with a few hundred thousand dollars in volume so far.
    • Only the official demo pair is supported. LONG explicitly warned that “any other NVDA3x pairs will not be supported”, meaning copycat or unofficial pairs carry no backing from the platform at all.
    • Stock TVL concentration is a double-edged stat. ~20% of all stock TVL onchain sitting in one launchpad’s pools is a strong adoption signal, but it also means a meaningful share of Robinhood Chain’s tokenized-stock liquidity is concentrated in one relatively young product.

Bottom line: Based on LONG’s own public statements, it’s positioning itself aggressively at the frontier of stock-paired token markets, spot pairing, then straight into wrapped leveraged products within weeks. That pace of shipping is a genuine differentiator. It also means the newest and most exciting parts of the product are, by the team’s own description, still early and still being stress-tested in production.

How to Use LONG (long.xyz): A Step-by-Step Guide

    Before You Start, You’ll need:

    1. A self-custody wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, or similar) capable of adding a custom EVM network
    2. ETH bridged to Robinhood Chain to cover gas — Robinhood Chain uses ETH for gas, it has no native gas token
    3. Some familiarity with the specific stock token you want to pair against, if you’re launching rather than just trading

    Step 1: Connect Your Wallet

Go to app.long.xyz and connect your wallet. You’ll need Robinhood Chain added, since that’s the only network the app currently runs on.

Step 2: Fund Your Wallet on Robinhood Chain

Bridge ETH to Robinhood Chain to cover gas and any entry liquidity for trades.

    Step 3: Browse What’s Live

The app’s homepage leads directly with its current focus: “Live now: Launch with stock tokens on Robinhood Chain.” From there you can see active stock-paired tokens, including LONG’s own flagship pairing activity around $AI and the newer NVDA3x product from LongX.

    Step 4: Buying Into a Stock-Paired Token

    1. Select the token you want
    2. Check which stock token it’s paired against
    3. Enter your amount and confirm the transaction in your wallet

    Step 5: Using LongX (NVDA3x)

Per LONG’s own instructions, there are two ways to get NVDA3x exposure:

    1. Mint or redeem directly through the LongX contract — wraps or unwraps the underlying Lighter 3x NVDA position as an ERC-20
    2. Swap through the DEX pool — trades the demo pair like any other pair on LONG

You can also combine the two: mint NVDA3x first and then swap it into the pair, or swap into NVDA3x from the pair and redeem it on the contract directly.

Critical safety note, stated directly by LONG: “The official demo pair is located on the LongX page. Any other NVDA3x pairs will not be supported.” Only use the pair listed on LONG’s own LongX page, anything else claiming to be an NVDA3x pair is not backed by the platform.

LONG has also stated the system is still experimental and that they are actively monitoring stability before deciding whether to open full pairing mode to everyone. Treat this as a live caveat, not boilerplate.

    Step 6: Follow Official Updates

LONG has said directly that updates on the NVDA3x rollout and any expansion to more leveraged spot assets will be posted on their X account. LONG’s official X account is the most reliable source for what’s actually live at any given moment.

    Safety Checklist Before Any Transaction

    • Confirm you’re on app.long.xyz, check the URL carefully, not a lookalike domain
    • Verify contract addresses independently before buying into any new launch or LongX product
    • Never approve unlimited token allowances if you can set a specific spend limit instead
    • Treat every launch as high-risk, and treat the newest LongX leveraged products as higher-risk still, given how recently they shipped
    • Use a separate, limited-funds wallet for launchpad activity generally

This review is built from LONG’s own app (app.long.xyz) and official statements from LONG’s team on X, current as of early September 2026. Nothing here is financial advice.
